Some
of the yidaki, the ancestors gave it to those tribes.
Now they can usually keep it away until, you know, use it only
for a particular day when they want to have remembrance ceremony,
using the name of that yidaki. Like, we call it Dhadalal.
Other mob use it, Dhuwa mob use it. They use those names Dju\girriny'
and then other tribes use Dhumar. They have names, it's all connected
into the songs and into the particular ancestors who been playing
didjeridu before.
...the other animals like the night animals, you know (imitates
owl sound). They can play didjeridu, too. They call it Dhuduthudu,
and the people singing Dhuduthudu, too. And they
can use the name of, and playing the didjeridu same like the
animals called
Dhuduthudu (tawny frog mouth owl).
