| Mirarra is a fantastic yidaki maker who studied and worked with Djalu Gurruwiwi at Gunyangara' for a time. He now lives on Warramiri clan land at Matamata, a 4 hour drive through the bush from Yirrkala, while helping to look after the small nearby community of Gikal, which belongs to his mother clan, the Gälpu. |
