| Buwathay, also known as Mungandjiwuy, is the son of is Gadal'miny (Mathulu). He spends most of his time at Dhalinybuy and Mutamul but can often be found travelling to Galiwin'ku and as far as Milingimbi for ceremony. Buwathay is an important lawman for the Wangurri clan, as elder brother to many of our well known yidaki makers including Djakapurra, Mirrwatnga, Gurraramawuy, Memawuy, Malalakpuy and Bandamul. He occassionally makes yidaki for commercial sale. | |
